First time took 1/2 gummy. Noticed no effect at all.
Second attempt took a whole one.
Notice slight relaxation and peacefulness
Third. Time I ate 2 whole gummies. Finally the desired effect. Calm, feeling good, but still in control and coherent.
Other Delta 8 gummies have tended to be stronger but one thing I do like is they don't leave a strong after taste.
The gummies are very tasty but I’m disappointed with the strength. I’m used to feeling effects of delta 8 from 25 mg, however with these gummies I have to take 3-4, or around 75 - 100 mg. Will not be purchasing again.
