Many of the rings were broken. I assume all of the pieces in the container equaled the amount that is supposed to be in it. I started with 1/4 piece, then 1/2, then 3/4 on different days. They made me sleepy but not much else. This is my first experience with this product, so I’m not entirely sure what I should’ve expected. I don’t feel any different than if I were taking Benadryl for sleep.
I ordered 4 containers bc go big or go home. Stupid on my part bc i didn’t care for them. I had to contact co to find out where my order was. Turns out they were out but i told them to swap out flavor & mail. Didn’t care at all bc it was too chewy. Told this to rep who let me swap out for product i would like.
