Not as effective as some other brands I’ve had with same 25mg dosage. I sleep better and longer with others as well. A bit bitter tasting on two of the three flavors. Lastly, website shows image that says 100% natural ingredients, but label states artificial flavors and colors. Overall, not thrilled.
