Sciatica no longer wakes me. When I take a gummy at bedtime it allows me to sleep through the night and get a full 7-8 hours of restful sleep. The only side effewct is dream enhancement making these gummies a double blessing.

Many of the rings were broken. I assume all of the pieces in the container equaled the amount that is supposed to be in it. I started with 1/4 piece, then 1/2, then 3/4 on different days. They made me sleepy but not much else. This is my first experience with this product, so I’m not entirely sure what I should’ve expected. I don’t feel any different than if I were taking Benadryl for sleep.

I thought that the gummy’s texture was to resilient. Like chewing a tire. Little or no effect. Sorry but this product isn’t very useful.
