I've had migraines since I was 19 and I'm 66 years old. I started using this Delta 9 about a year or so ago At night and my migraines are almost non-existent. Many of the rings were broken. I assume all of the pieces in the container equaled the amount that is supposed to be in it. I started with 1/4 piece, then 1/2, then 3/4 on different days. They made me sleepy but not much else. This is my first experience with this product, so I’m not entirely sure what I should’ve expected. I don’t feel any different than if I were taking Benadryl for sleep.

I didn't realize it had such low THC levels (.3).
I combine it with local dispensary edibles. It's very natural, but made me drowsy for 2 days.
