Excellent product (and I have used others). Shipping is much faster than others. However, like others, if you schedule your order, as an example for a monthly delivery they may deliver a substitute. I have cancelled my reqular fulfillment so as to avoid substitution. Otherwise I highly recommend this company.
I have severe neck, shoulders and lower back pain daily. I've had 2 disc replaced in my neck and arthritis through my entire spine. So far about a half to three quarters of a ring is about perfect to enable me to move around without much pain. Another quarter to half 4 hours later to get through a day.
